The speaker is Dr. Ikechi Mgbeoji. Dr. Mgbeoji, is a Law Professor from Osgoode Hall but also the Commissioner of Education of Abia State. The title of his talk is: IPRs and Public-Sponsored Internships in Private Spaces: Lessons From the E4E (Education for Employment) Program in Nigeria.
