2. Aniket Bhushan, “Canada’s Development Footprint Beyond Aid” Aniket Bhushan is Senior Researcher at the North-South Institute. His research focuses on domestic resource mobilization in sub-Saharan Africa, financial sector policy, governance reform of the international financial system and the relationship between growth and socio-economic outcomes. He leads NSI’s work on the Canadian International Development Platform (CIDP), a data and analytical platform on Canada’s engagement with the developing world. Mr. Bhushan has completed studies in commerce (B.Com, Mumbai University, India), political science (BA, University of Windsor, Canada), and political science and international affairs (MA, Carleton University, Canada).
